VakıfBank has been actively using the Diversified Payment Rights Programme which was established in 2001. The Programme is used for obtaining long-term and cost-effective fund through VB DPR Finance Company in Cayman Island.
Diversified Payment Rights are mainly generated by the following ways and flows via MT 103 message through contracted banks are the basis for the Programme ratios. The flows not paid through those banks are also available as additional collateral to investors.
- Sale of Goods/Services,
- Foreign Currency Payments,
- Export payments, e.g. Cash against Goods, Advance Payments,
- Tourism flows,
- Foreign Direct Investment,
- Overseas transportation,
- Workers remittances.
