The responsibility for the integration and management of sustainability into decision-making processes lies within the Sustainability Corporate Governance Committee, which is a high decision-making and responsible authority at our Bank. Our operations under the guidance of our Committee are carried out by the Sustainability Sub-Committee, which is affiliated with our Committee. The Sustainability Sub-Committee is chaired by the president of the International Banking and Investor Relations Department. The Sustainability Sub-Committee is responsible for establishing sustainability strategies and policies in economic, social, and environmental fields, as well as integrating these strategies and policies into the Bank’s operations and monitoring performance. We support our committee through the activities of the Sustainability Service under the Investor Relations Department, the Environmental Management Service under the Support Services Department, and the Environmental and Social Impact Analysis Department under the Corporate Loans Allocation Management Department.

We carry out the coordination and follow-up of the objectives for reducing the direct environmental impacts of our Bank, and the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) reporting activities through the Environmental Management Services.
